Why do companies need leadership trainers?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Team leaders in small and medium-sized businesses are often specialists in their profession who have been thrown into a management position without having learned how to lead. That’s what happened to me years ago when I was promoted from a sales position – I was very good at selling – to a management position. Suddenly I had to manage six people. In most cases, there is no opportunity to learn how to lead, and we leadership trainers fill that gap. We help our clients to identify the needs and skills of their people and to deploy them accordingly. And we show them how to empower the people in their team to solve problems for themselves and lead them to independence, for example by asking for solutions rather than always having solutions ready.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What observations have you made in your management training courses?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Managers can learn a lot from each other, which is why we like to bring together managers from different industries in our training courses. Many are still thinking in old hierarchies and believe in mainly being strict as the superior. They are used to be the ones asking the questions in a job interview and not having to answer questions about work-life balance and the atmosphere in the team. But strictness doesn’t work with today’s young people, they need a lot of feedback. That’s why executives in companies are often completely overwhelmed by job interviews or performance reviews. At the same time, I see many withdrawing from communication and shying away from taking on leadership and responsibility. In the long run, Germany will not only have a shortage of skilled workers but also a shortage of managers. Although there are many models for working in a team, I believe that quick decisions require someone who is prepared to take the lead and assume responsibility.<\/p>\n

Warum brauchen Unternehmen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftetrainer?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte bei kleinen mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen sind oft Fachkr\u00e4fte, die ins kalte Wasser einer F\u00fchrungsposition geworfen wurden, ohne F\u00fchren gelernt zu haben. So ging es mir vor Jahren als ich als Vertriebsangestellter \u2013 im Verkauf war ich sehr gut – in eine F\u00fchrungsposition bef\u00f6rdert wurde. Pl\u00f6tzlich sollte ich sechs Mitarbeiter f\u00fchren. Es gibt in dem Fall ja keine Ausbildung zur F\u00fchrungskraft und diese L\u00fccke f\u00fcllen wir F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftetrainer aus. Wir helfen unseren Kunden dabei die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten ihrer Mitarbeiter zu sehen und letztere entsprechend einzusetzen. Und wir zeigen ihnen wie sie ihre Mitarbeiter dann dazu zu bef\u00e4higen, Schwierigkeiten selbst zu l\u00f6sen und in eine Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit zu f\u00fchren, indem sie als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte beispielsweise nach L\u00f6sungen fragen anstatt selbst immer gleich L\u00f6sungen parat zu haben.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Welche Beobachtungen hast du in deinen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftetrainings unter anderem gemacht?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen voneinander viel lernen, daher bringen wir bei unseren Trainings gern F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus unterschiedlichen Branchen zusammen. Viele leben immer noch alte Hierarchien und die Strenge des Vorgesetzten. Sie sind es gewohnt bei einem Bewerbungsgespr\u00e4ch die Fragen zu stellen und nicht umgekehrt Fragen nach Arbeitsklima und Work Life Balance beantworten zu m\u00fcssen. Doch mit Strenge rei\u00dft du bei jungen Leuten nichts mehr, die brauchen viel Feedback. Chefs sind in Bewerbungs- oder Mitarbeitergespr\u00e4chen daher oft v\u00f6llig \u00fcberfordert. Gleichzeitig sehe ich, dass sich viele eher aus der Kommunikation zur\u00fcckziehen und sich scheuen, F\u00fchrung und Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen. Langfristig wird Deutschland nicht nur einen Fachkr\u00e4fte- sondern auch einen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftemangel haben. Zwar gibt es viele Modelle im Team zu arbeiten, aber ich finde, dass es f\u00fcr schnelle Entscheidungen einen braucht, der bereit ist, den Kopf hinzuhalten und Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n
