Shine and go with the flow<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Morgen ist mein Geburtstag und normalerweise nehme ich mir gern etwas f\u00fcr mein neues Lebensjahr vor. Dieses Jahr hei\u00dft meine Herausforderung \u201cShine and go with the flow\u201d (strahle und entspann dich\/lass dich auf die Situation ein). Das will ich mir f\u00fcr Situationen merken, die nicht so laufen, wie ich will.<\/p>

Wie reagierst du, wenn Leute sich nicht so verhalten, wie du willst und wenn Situationen nicht so laufen wie du es dir gedacht hast? Wirst du schlecht gelaunt, \u00e4rgerst du dich und verdirbst dir wegen deiner miesen Laune erst recht den Tag? Oder \u00fcberl\u00e4sst du Gott die Sache, akzeptierst du es, l\u00e4sst los, vertraust und l\u00e4sst Gott \u00fcbernehmen \u2013 gibst du der unerwarteten Situation eine ehrliche Chance, entspannst dich und l\u00e4sst dich einfach darauf ein? Wenn du zur letzten Gruppe geh\u00f6rst: Ich will auch in deinen Club!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Let God take over (and take pictures)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How often have I been in a situation like this and followed this same old, not very helpful pattern: I had plans and expectations, something or someone messes with my plans and I react with sulking, becoming grumpy and angry. And while becoming consumed with all these thoughts of self-pity and how wrong and unfair this all is, I entirely missed to give the new situation a fair chance and spoilt my own day. I have been missing a lot of good moments and pictures because of that.<\/p>

If I have a friendly and shiny attitude, I can lift my own mood and I can connect with others. Even if things don`t go my way, there`ll always be something to see and photograph \u2013 if I stay open in order to see it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lass Gott machen (und mach Fotos)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Wie oft war ich schon in einer Situation wie dieser und bin dem gleichen, wenig hilfreichen Muster gefolgt: Ich hatte Pl\u00e4ne und Erwartungen, jemand oder etwas wirft diese Pl\u00e4ne um und ich reagiere mit Beleidigt-Sein, mit schlechter Laune und Wut. Und w\u00e4hrend ich voller Selbstmitleid \u00fcberlege, wie ungerecht und falsch doch das alles l\u00e4uft, verpasse ich es v\u00f6llig, der neuen Situation eine echte Chance zu geben \u2013 und vermiese dazu noch meinen eigenen Tag. Ich habe viele gute Momente und Bilder dadurch verpasst.<\/p>

Habe ich eine strahlende, freundliche Haltung, macht mich das selbst fr\u00f6hlicher und ich kann besser auf andere zugehen. Auch wenn vieles nicht so l\u00e4uft wie ich will, gibt es in jeder Situation etwas zu sehen und zu fotografieren \u2013 wenn ich offen daf\u00fcr bleibe, um es zu sehen. \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
