Your wedding coverage – from getting ready to the party
1. Getting Ready
If you want to have your getting ready moments documented, I can begin photographing in the morning: the anticipation, getting dressed, final touches, and sharing intimate moments with your bridal party and parents.
2. The Ceremony
The moment you say “I do” is at the heart of the day. Discreetly and attentively, I capture happy tears, warm laughter, loving glances, and the joy of your guests. The hugs and congratulations right after the ceremony always provide particularly moving moments.
3. Couple & Group Portraits
We can take some time for a couple session as well as group portraits with your close family and bridal party. For your couple portraits, we’ll use the most beautiful backdrops around your venue. This session usually takes no longer than 30 minutes so you can quickly return to celebrate with your guests, and there’s always plenty of laughter involved.
4. The Reception
Afterward, I accompany your reception and capture the lively energy of your guests: on the dance floor, at the tables, at the buffet – wherever joy happens. My focus remains on authentic documentary photography, staying in the background to capture genuine moments. Occasionally, I ask groups to gather for memory shots, creating warm, joyful images.
Family celebrations – emotional & authentic
In addition to weddings, I love documenting family events of all kinds – birthdays, anniversaries, confirmations, christenings, and more. I also provide sensitive coverage for funerals and memorial services.

How far in advance should we book?
For weekend celebrations during peak season (May to October), booking three to six months in advance is recommended. However, as my calendar is dynamic, short-notice inquiries for civil ceremonies, weekday events, or birthdays are always welcome.
How do we get to know each other before booking?
Our initial consultation is non-binding and takes place via phone or video call. We’ll discuss your wishes, the timeline, and the key highlights of your day.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours for coverage?
My wedding and event coverage starts at two hours. This timeframe is ideal as the most beautiful, candid nuances often happen once everyone has settled in. There is no upper limit: I am happy to accompany you all day late into the night. (I naturally take a break during dinner, as photos while people are chewing are rarely flattering!)
What is the optimal duration for wedding or event coverage?
The ideal duration depends entirely on what you have planned for the event:
- For Weddings: The minimum setup usually covers the ceremony, congratulations, and drinks reception. However, many emotional highlights happen during the evening reception, cutting the cake, or during morning preparation.
- For Birthdays & Anniversaries: Two to four hours is often ideal to capture guest arrivals, congratulations, speeches, and the vibrant atmosphere. If there are extensive speeches and activities, longer coverage is well worth considering.
Do you only photograph events in London?
No, I am very flexible. As I live and work between London and Metzingen (Germany), I regularly shoot weddings and events across London, the UK, and Germany. I am also available for destination weddings worldwide.
How many photos will we receive and how are they edited?
You will receive all the best images from your day – as a guideline, you can expect around 50 edited photos per hour (ranging between 100 and 600 images depending on duration). Every selected image is individually edited in my timeless, natural style.
Do we get an online gallery for ourselves and our guests?
Yes, you will receive your photos in a private online gallery available for four weeks. The images can be downloaded in high resolution for printing as well as web-optimized quality for mobile devices and email. You can share the link directly with your guests so everyone can download their favorite memories free of charge.
