1 more sleep

1 more sleep – Christmas Eve is one of my favourite days: my boyfriend takes the car to work as there is little traffic on the roads and I can get a lift. This means I can be in the city before most people – wandering the Christmassy streets looking at all the beautiful decorations with hardly any people around. I soak up all the Christmas feeling and am full of anticipation. Coffee in one hand, camera in the other. By lunchtime I am back in the car and we head home for some mulled wine and actually tomorrow I will still need to wrap some presents and do some cleaning but I may well find time to laze and read.
